Shipping for bulk orders is coordinated directly with our team and depends on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

Once you submit a wholesale or bulk order request:
– We’ll calculate delivery costs and timelines based on volume and location
– You’ll receive a shipping quote for approval before processing begins
– Orders can be picked up, couriered, or shipped via freight/logistics partners

Return / Refund Policy

We want you to love every bite. If there’s an issue with your order — damaged packs, wrong items, or something just not right — let us know within 3 days of receiving your delivery.

Refunds or replacements will be issued on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation. We may request photos to help us assess the issue.

Note: For health & safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food products.
